IDS Failure on HPofficejet D135 all-in-one machine

    Hi,

    I need help with my HP OfficeJet d135 All-in-one machine. Its color printing was off so I replaced the color cartridge. Did not solve the problem. Printed a self-test report. Reported an IDS failure. Called HP as directed but can't afford their help prices. Do I just need a new CYAN printhead or do I have bigger problems. On the self-test report the status for the black and color ink leves is IDS Failure and the status for each printhead is IDS failure. Below is a copy of the self-test report. Will appreciate any help. Thanks JEH
