Not sure whether I am in the right forum???

A customer has Win98 Upgrade using IE 5.5 Somehow Content Advisor has been switched on and now he cannot get into even his homepage. Of course we cannot switch content advisor off because we need a password to do it. Can I crash into the content advisor somehow to remove the P/W?? Will uninstall of IE 5.5 remove this if I reinstall??

Thanks in advance for any help
