Hi
I have a system with Windows XP running IE6.0, everytime i try and access a web page it says "ACCESS FORBIDDEN, forbidden by the access control list".

I have checked a few things like security settings and there doesnt seem to be anything here, the firewall is not enabled. Has anyone got a clue where i can find this list and how i can disable it, as i cant access any sites due to this block.

Thanks
