Hello and welcome to TSG

A little more information would be helpful here.
Like what kind of files are you trying to download and what is the exact error message that you get ?

Hi,

I googled the product that you wanted to download.
And no matter which link i selected i got redirected to this page.

Is your problem specific to this download or you face similar issues downloading other stuff as well ?

I already download the s/ware from that page, but through Mozilla Firefox. It supposed to appear that page but not with IE. There also some other file can't be download with IE cause by same error. Can't remember which file but almost the same thing happened. I love to use IE instead of Mozilla as it is faster. That why I'm looking for a solution. What the problem actually? is it my IE or PC setting. Guess it is the IE bcoz i successfully install the s/ware using Firefox.

you can try upgrading from IE 6 to IE 7 by running widnows update, and see if that fixes the issue that you are facing with IE6.

On a personal front, i'd suggest you stick to Mozilla Firefox, and if im not wrong most of my friends here would give you the same advise
