I have a USB ADSL modem and a wireless router (D-Link DI-614+). My network is now happily working, thanks to folks here, except for one thing. Although everything else I've used on the wireless clients can use the proxy to connect to the internet, IE and Windows Media Player will not.

The proxy I'm using is Analog-X.

I've checked and double-checked the settings in IE, and they look correct to me (but probably aren't, considering my problems). Mozilla, Trillian, Norton AntiVirus Autoupdate all happily use the proxy with no problems at all, and I didn't even have to set up Norton AV to use the proxy.

What am I doing wrong? If there's anyone out there successfully using IE through the Analog-X proxy server, please reply back with your settings, so I can see where I've gone wrong.

    Thanks for the help!
