IE 6 related button problem?

Hi

When I click the related button on the toolbar now instead of showing related sites like it used to a google search companion(in german it seems) thing opens up and then the search magnifying glass is highlighted.
Whay it happening??
I uninstalled the google toolbar which had worked great with related links before but it still won't show related links.
I am using XP
