 Can I remove IE6 in add/remove without any problems and install IE 5.5?
I am running WIN ME and seem to be having problems with IE 6.

    LuCee,

Should not be a problem but, what problems with IE6? I have found it more stable than 5.5 unless you are running an old version of McAfee.

    Let us know

It seems to freeze up. I go to ctrl-alt-delete and it says Internet Explorer not responding.

In that case, can't hurt to try! Go to control panel, add/remove programs and remove IE6, you should get a pop out that allows you to restore the previous configuration. Let us know if it helps.

I run IE 5.5 on ME and works fine. Don't see a lot of advantages with IE6.
