Heard about your web site on the Today Show this morning, so I figured I would contact you. I have a Toshiba M45-S269 notebook that works fine with just a few problems (running Windows XP). I have it connected to our home wireless network.

First is starting the Internet. I’m running IE 8. Frequently, the home page tries to start up and seems to freeze. The home page doesn’t start up, then I have to try and close the web page a couple of times until it shuts down. Then, I normally try to start it up again and it usually opens right away. Any ideas why this happens and what I can do to fix it.

Second is shutting down the computer. Usually, the computer goes through the shutdown process and seems to get hung up on the Windows screen that indicates the computer is shutting down. When this occurs, I then press and hold the power button to shut it down completely. When I do this, the computer normally starts right up (no indicator of any normal shutdown). Again, any clues to fix this?

    Thanks. John.
