    Hi Techies,
I need your help to solve a strange issue which started to happen from yesterday in my HP Pavilion with Win Vista home edition.

IE and Windows Calculator programs automatically gets executed and many of these windows gets opened. I close those and periodically those keep opening. There is no specific frequecncy of execution of these programs. Suddenly it opens many Calc or IE windows.

Friends please do help me get rid of this. I have NAV but it doesn;t show anything.

    Thanks,
    Suresh

    Thanks for the reply.

One more information I would like to give which I missed in my earlier post is that I am using a wireless keyboard and mouse. Apologies to miss this information.

And I am doing one observation. I just removed the batteries from wireless keyboard and not using the same. And strangely I have observed that popping up of calc and IE is not happening. Its still under observation though. And just now while writing this message I again replaced the batteries and started using. Calc is popping up. I guess I found the cause of issue.

Anyhow I would like to download and install some good spyware and adwares in my laptop. Please suggest.

perhaps you have hotkeys on your keyboard to open those programs, and you're pressing them by accident, or your keyboard is not functioning properly and keeps activating those hotkeys?
