Hi,

I'm not sure how this setting got changed. I just did a reset on my
pc and I have google.com set as my webpage in IE. That will open
correctly, but if I open a new tab or new window it comes up looking like
the page I have attached.

I don't know what changed that everything I open in a new tab or
a new windows looks like this now.

Google is set as my homepage and my tabs are set to
when a new tab is opened, open your first home page
Manage addons my browser is set to Google (default)

These new pages/windows did not open like this before
I reset my PC. I don't know how this got changed.

Thanks for any help.

While in IE, go to "Internet Options"
On the General tab click the "Tab" button near the center of the pane.
In this pane near the center of the pane, you should see "When a new tab id opened, open"
From the drop down list select "Your first Home Page".
apply and Ok yourself out.

That's how I have it set and when I right click
on a link to open in a new tab or window it
gives me this weird looking page.

I have it now set to open your first home page. I have tried every setting
under that tab (except blank page) all with the same result. They open this
weird page in a box instead of a full page. Up until my reset last week this
wasn't happening.

Are you using IE or Edge on this Windows 10 machine?
Give us a screen shot the setting that you have?

Let me give you a visual of what I'm doing. I'm at MSN page and I
right click on the link circled and select open link in new tab then
the 2nd SS is how it opens up. This is the behavior in IE 11. Now
if I open that same link in FF it opens correctly, like it was opening
before in IE. You can see that in the 3rd SS. I'm trying to get my
IE to open the same way again before my reset.

Hope this gives you a better understanding of what I'm trying to
explain here. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough.

Go to the "Tabbed Browser Settings" tab and where it says "When a new tab is opened, open", select "Your first home page" from the drop down list.

I changed it but I still get the same result as #2. I have tried all the settings under tabs except for blank page and they all open up the same weird way. Something changed when I did the reset to mess this up, I just can't figure out what. Thanks for your help I appreciate it, but it looks like I'm stuck with the weird view in IE. I can learn to live with it. Going to mark this as solved.

How do I delete all these attachments off my account ?

The first shot on post #9 says it is from Buzz60. Right or left clicking on that link will take you to the Buzz60 site which shots #2 and #3 show.

As far as any new tabs showing msn.com instead of what you want, I found this for Windows 10.
You might be experiencing this issue because Internet Explorer is currently set to open your home page when a new tab is opened. Let's set Internet Explorer to open the new tab page instead. Here's how:
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click the cog icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, and select Internet Options.
  3. In the General tab, click on the Tabs button.
  4. Under When a new tab is opened, select The new tab page in the drop down menu.
  5. Click OK, and then Apply to save your changes.

In my post 9 look at my SS1. I was on MSN homepage and I right clicked on the link I have circled in red
which took me to Buzz60 and opened the page in Buzz60 weird. My webpages used to open like SS3 but now they open looking like SS2 which I am trying to fix.

I have tried every setting under that tab (except blank page) all with the same result. They open this
weird page in a box instead of a full page as shown in SS2. Up until my reset last week this was not
happening.
