IE Ctrl-Shift-Enter disabled

    I am used to typing the name of an URL in the address bar on IE, then use Ctrl-Shift plus Enter to have http://www. and .com autofilled.

    However, somehow this feature suddenly disappeared tonight. First when trying the same, it led to Google search, but, after rebooting, it now gives me an error mesage:
    You were looking for "backchina" but that domain is not on this server.
    Apache/2.2.8 (Fedora) Server at plus.vern.com Port 80
    This occurs to any addresses.
    XP Pro, IE 7.0.
