I have this problem where sometimes for some unknown reason for me when I open Internet Explorer it doesn't display the images. Every image has a red X and it didn't even try to load. Note that I do have my browser set to view images and can view them about 2/3 of the time. Does anybody know why or how to fix it? I have the newest edition of IE. It says "Error on page." in the status bar on all the web pages I go to.

The second problem deals with a pesky russian porno site. I am a student of russian and as I was doing research for my final paper I ended up at this website http://www.pretty.ru/ which has taken over my ability to set my home page. Every time I open my browser I change my home page to what I want and every time I open it, it goes back to the russian porno site. I figured it was in the cookies so I deleted what I had and now whenever I open IE it asks me if I want to download something from the pretty.ru website. I don't understand does anybody know whats wrong?

Maybe the russian porn offended my browser and that's why it won't display images.

    Hi Hrumachis334 - Welcome to TSG!! :)

Make a folder on your hard drive, like My Documents\HJT
    Download Hijackthis.
Unzip the file to the folder on your hard drive.

Double click on Hijackthis.exe then click on the "Scan" button, then click on "Save Log".

Copy and paste it back here and someone will be happy to review it.

Don't make any changes until instructed to do so.
