After entering my user name and password to access my email at my IP (comcast.net/comcast.html) a page (http://att.comcastonline.com/qry/set-cookie-cc) appears that is completely blank except for the following in the upper left hand of the page: JDE There is nothing here.... Below this is a continuous line horizontally across the page. Below this line is the following: Last modified: Mon Mar 24 14:35:50 EST 2003.

I've spent hours on the phone with the IP's technicians and with Microsoft. The MS help did enable me to get the IP's page I'm supposed to be able to get to, but after I shut my computer down and brought it up again, I get the JDE There is nothing here... message. I have downloaded Spybot and AD Adware and have deleted everything they found but still get the JDE There is nothing here... message.

Would/will very much appreciate any help anyone will offer.

Hi my name is Tino i work for comcast technical support, i finde it rather amusing that no one could help you with this issue, since the first time i ran into this problem where you get "jde there is nothing here error" when signing into comcast.net, i fixed the customer's issue, it took a little bit of effort to find the fix but it was easy to resolve.

go to the following link and download the internet explorer 6 sp1, and reinstall internet explorer, problem solved, hope this help's you (y)
