IE problems

I've got a user with a couple of problems which I can't find on teh Knowledge Base and wondered if anyone could help out.

Windows 98/IE5

The user has lost the ability to View Source and also to save images as anything other than .bmps

Any clues?

Here's a MS article: Cannot View Source in Internet Explorer

As for the *.bmp problem, this is generally a memory issue.

Go to IE tools, internet options, general tab and delete all temporary internet files. You may also need to shut down all other programs except for Internet Explorer itself

Thanks Tony - I'll give it a try. I also need to brush up on my search techniques through the knowledge base - I managed to miss that first article completely.
