IE startup issues

I'm having probs.with clicking on internet explorer icon several times and it wont appear then i turn off and reboot then i can get it in one click....also if i wanna chat say like on face book the first word or sentence i write to that person does'nt come on the chat window have to write it twice as well as popups and ca'nt watch a movie on like netflix without it slowing and computer has to catch up with movie...what do i do????

Even though it appears you're having the same problem, please start a new thread when you have a new issue. It's very difficult to keep two problems straight and who's working on what in a single thread.
