Hello,

I have IE 5.5 and my ISP AT&T @Home customized browser replaced my IE spinning logos and tool bar logos with thier @Home logo.

I can not find any trace of my original IE logos and bmp's. Were can I find these so I can restore how it originaly looked? I have notes on how to tweak it back to before but thats not the problem. I just don't have the graphics any where. Thanks for your help.

Just reinstall the browser or upgrade to a newer version. And bye bye logo. But does the LOGO really matter?

Welcome to TSG!
There is another way if you do want to reinstall or upgrade and do not mind working in the registry.
The logo and other b-maps are hidden from you in dll or exe files like Icons can be so you cannot find them conventionally.
Back up your registry first and follow the instructions below.
Go to start run type in regedit the navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar
Click on the toolbar folder in left pane and in the right pane look for the following string values: BrandBitmap and SmBrandBitmap
Highlight one at a time and delete. After both are deleted exit the registry editor and restart your system.
I do not have At Home DSL so I do not know if outlook express is branded also. If it is let me know and that one can be patched also.
