I have a Gateway Pentium 90 I'm tinkering with and trying to update the software. Its running a Win 95 upgrade installed in 1996, and I just put in a new 56k modem so I can download new drivers, etc from the net. I installed ie4 from the Microsoft site (Latest active install) but everytime I launch IE4, it crashes with an"illegal operation" error mesage. Whats up? See error message below:

Try doing a Find, Files for advert.dll - if you find it, rename it to advert.dl0 then reboot and see if IE works.
