IE6 sp1 Win98SE. Problem just started with spawned child windows in IE6 do not send or recieve any data and are blank. They are created and are dead, including the Windows Update transfer and install window. Have forced IE6 to reinstall and finally got updated .dlls so the IE repair tool doesn't find any errors. The spawned windows can be closed, but if you move them around too much the graphics go wacky and sometime IE will say it needs to shut down. Any ideas?

Can you uninstall / delete, then re-install?

Tried that. Or as much as IE will let you. Did the whole repair thing too. If I click on a link in a website the window opens, but no content appears and no send recieve traffic. Sometime downloads don't work either, like on windows update. Have updated numerous .dlls, but somethings funky and I can't figure out what.
