Read this article from the Microsoft Knowledge Base :

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;en-us;q254490

It states that you should search your Registry for entries entitled 'Quickview Plus' and indicates where to look. The article advises you what to delete to overcome the problem - however read the additional article 256986 'Description of the MS Windows Registry' as this gives you precise instructions on backing up your registry before you delete the Quickview entries.

In case you you need it - just go Start > Run > type Regedit to access this function.

If you have not already - try running Repair IE.

Go My Computer > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs - click on Internet Explorer and it should offer you the option to repair.

Try that in case your IE has become corrupted owing to the Delfin Viewer issue.
