Ok, here's the idea... we all played this game a kids... the posts will be "if you were stranded on a desert island... and then think of a question relating to that (i.e. who is the only person you would take there with you?)

    then everone answers.

when you're tired of that question, make up a new "if you were stranded on a desert island question..."

kinda lame but I always loved this game.

    First question:

If you were stranded on a desert island, what is the only food you would take with you?

First, I would take a whole menu :p Shrimps and mussels for a starter, Tajine de chicken with lemon cooked à la Wifaq (of course!), couple of cheeses (Cantal and Saint-Nectaire), loads of French pastries(yum, yum!), several good wines + Champagne and a lovely lady I would take care of  Oh dear, I'm a romantic bloke! :D

oranges. There are plenty of plants that may be eaten, but many people in the 18th and earlier century suffered disease from lack of vitamin C and citrus fruits. We take it for granted today..

A snickers bar. Just one. And I would savour the taste of it for hours and hours on the beach, taking small bites off once per hour. To wash it down, well, I would just drink the water, after all the island is probably surrounded in the stuff anyway.

    There are no sharks, right?
