Is it possible to have IIS 5.0, Exchange server 5.5 and other stuff all running together on one server ?

Yes it is, I wouldn't reccomend it though. I am not sure if you need to have IIS on the same server if you are going to use OWA. Actually I am not sure if you can even install Exchange 5.5 on a Win2K or better server and IIS5 will only install on these.

I decided not to. My Exchange 5.5 is running on 2000 Server. But since IIS is just for a small Intranet, I'll put it on it's own little pc. Don't want to run into any probs with multiple services and software! Thanks for the advice Rockn.
