I would like to start running a private web page again so I set up IIS 5.1 on my Windows XP Pro Computer. I have set up an account on a free DNS site and it works fine. When I give my created site name to somebody and they try it on their Windows 7 system on both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome it works fine but if I make any changes to the default.htm file, they don't see the changes even if they refresh. I have tried stopping and restarting the IIS service on my computer but that does not help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
