A colleague is unable to work on ASP pages on his W2K laptop, as the WWW service will not start (shows a status of starting, and then hangs)... He is also receiving errors in the event log, Event id 105 about W3SVC problems...All posts seem to either advise reconnecting machine to network or reinstalling W2K, but he has been able to use ASP pages recently without having his machine connected to the network, and wants to rebuild only as a last resort.

    Any idea's
