When upgrading from win 98 to 2000, it gets to a progress bar which i think is checking programs and stuff and 3/4 way through, it stops and says in the title bar, Winnt32 -- this program has performed illegal operation and will be shut down. If the prob persists, please contact prog vendor and I then clicked on details and it said this: WINNT32 caused an invalid page fault in
    module KERNEL32.DLL at 017f:bff88396.

I tried starting over 3 times and it gives the error at the same spot every time. WHat do I do?
