So the problem is that I don't really know what the problem is, because it can't be quite explained and I hope any of you have dealt with it earlier, if not, possibly you might have some clues how to fix it.

In short (There actually isn't a long version for this), the error (can be seen in picture) began out of blue and leaves no clue whatsoever. It occurs when the computer is left still, e.g. mouse is not being moves and no keys on the keyboard touched, it doesn't care if the movie or a video is going, so it means that I have to be moving my mouse around for it not to occur. What it does is it messes my things up, it may close programs and cause them to crash, yet the moment I do something, e.g. hit a key or move my mouse it disappears. I'm actually glad that PrintScreen worked for this.

Hopefully you'll be able and will help me resolve this problem.
    Sincerely, Gurchiic.

It's nice to run PC Tools Registry Mechanic once in a month. Don't run it everyday, it can cause errors, like it detects as error

    1. quoted Registry Items with spaces (windows sometimes accepts the string "Holy Cow Batman" as "Holy Cow Batman -- yes without the right quote " so ...)
    2. command lines recorded in the registry that have parameter switches. (ex. "epsonmonitor/q/r" is flagged as an error because it does not recognize that the slash (/) signals as a switch delimiter for /q /r)

even though they are perfectly valid. This results to broken or wrongly deleted items which are necessary for Windows to operate.
