i'm really starting to hate this computer!

    hi guys,
    well i have a problem. i have spyware or something that is eating up my processor and memory.
    i can not download ANYTHING that has to do w/ spyware removal or windows updates and it is killing me.
    any help would be greatly appreciated as i am ready to just reformat the whole damn thing!
