    Hello,

I have several emails (@gmail, @company1, @company2). Sometimes I receive emails in this 3 accounts that I want them to go into the same folder. For example, my brother send me an email to gmail, but tomorrow he sends an email to @company1. I want this 2 emails to be saved into the same folder. However, it seems that Imap only let me use folders for each imap account.

    Best Regards,
    Daniel

    Hi danmobile

Gmail can be configured to download messages from other mail servers. Or if you are using Outlook, you can create a rule that will copy messages into a particular folder.

Let us know how you access your messages and what messaging software you use, if any.
