I have Outlook 2007 and Excel 2007. In excel I have the dates and titles of 50 trainings for the up coming year. I would like to imort from excel to my outlook calendar. I to use the "import" through the file - import/export key but when I browsed it didn't show the excel sheet (maybe because it wasn't 2003). Can this be done easily?

That is the exact way I tried. When I get to the point where you choose to import data I choose Excel 97-2003 (the only excel choice) and when I browse to find the file, it's not there. There are folders but when I tried to put it in a fol;der and hit browse again, i click on the folder and nothing is inside. If i go to my documents it's there. I was wondering if having the newer excel is the problem?

would appear to be - try saving as 2003 - so the extension is xls and not xlsx
