I have saved my OUTLOOK contacts to a memory card; Now when I go to import them into a new PC the contacts come over but none of the settings; view, fields ect. Is there a way of importing a mirror image of my contacts?

Did you do a import on the second computer?

Also are the Contacts within the pst file on the old machine, or are they part of the "Address Book" which is a Windows listing?
The Windows Address Book is a carry over from way back before Outlook was on the street.

I just noticed this: none of the settings; view, fields ect

This is not part of the export,, just the contact details. You will have to manually change the views yourself to match what you have, just like with signatures as they are settings that are local to that computer.
