Does anyone know where I can get a tutorial on some of the basic features and options and how to use them.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

The version of exchange doesn't mean diddly to the users. It's the version of Outlook they'll be using.

There's also a little bit of info about personal folders at www.theofficeexperts.com/outlook.htm
