I keep getting the message "Pure Networks Platform Service has encountered a problem ---------" I have taken your advice and downloaded the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility package and deleted all references to Pure Networks, Network Magic or Speed Meter Pro.
After rebooting the computer I still get Pure Networks messages.
Also, I have just purchased "Rise of Flight" which is produced by a Russian firm called "Neoqb".
I cannot access the program. I get a message - "Neoqb has encountered a problem --etc"
This same problem occurs with other recreational software like Oblivion or Balders Gate II.
I sent an email to Neoqb outlining the problem. They asked me to send them the complete output of DxDiag which I have done. I have had no
answer yet.
Can anyone help?
