Inability to click on and enter websites

    Why is it that when I receive an email message that contains a website, I am unable to click on and enter that website?

    Check to see if Internet Explorer is your default browser in Internet Options > Programs.

    If that doesn't help, try repairing the URL Internet Shortcut association with the reg patch available here:

    if you are using outlook

    try holding the cntrl button while clicking
