Although I can access the hallmark site and use all functions, I cannot preview the card which I have chosen to send. Today I received throug email a card from someone, but I could not view it. I have asked everyone I know about this and I have contacted Hallmark, but they provide no technology service. I could use this site before on my old compute with Windows Me. And once by some strange fluke, I went to the site and it worked!! (about 6 months ago! Then the next time I tried perhaps a coupld of months later, it would not work again. Then today when I received a birthday card, I could not view it.

Any help you might give would be appreciated because I do not know where to turn.
    Thanks,
    Phebe Gonthier

Yes, Thank You. I do have the Adobe Flash Player. I thought sure that I did, but I used the link you sent to check. I am using Internet Explorer as my browser.

Do you or anyone have any other suggestions as to what I might do?
