Why do I always get the following message whenever I attempt to open a CD-R which contains approximately 200 scanned and saved family photographs?
InCD
! Previous unmounted processing error disc.
Backup the data and reformat the disc.
OK
I have no idea at all what "previous unmounted processing error disc" means. I went to the InCD (NERO) website but was unable to learn anything. Does this mean that my CD-R has been corrupted? If so, is it still possible somehow to save the nearly 200 photos? What exactly is meant by "Backup the data and reformat the disc"? Does this mean I can copy the photos onto another CD-R and then reformat the disc I'm having trouble with? I'm really confused by all of this, and hate to think that I've lost all of those pictures! I would greatly appreciate any help.
Thank you,
Bill
