Hi everyone, I got a RAM issue here, but before I begin, I purchased all new parts, as are follows:

i5-750
ASUS P7P55D LE MoBo
G.Skill NQ 4GB Kit (2x2gb) 1600 [CL 9-9-9-24 ]
Antec Earthwatts 750W.

After setting all components up, and turning on computer, all components were working fine (except Processor was idling at around 50C, but that's an issue I'll fix later on in my own time), fans all worked, etc.

Now, my RAM is this: http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=88
On the list, my MoBo isn't listed as supported, however all of the other MoBo's in my series are listed there (P7P55D, Evo, Deluxe, etc). On the motherboard manual, my RAM isn't listed as supported either.

All this aside, my system isn't making it past the OS-Boot Up screen, and the 'MemOK!' LED lights up whenever boot fails indicating bad/incompatible RAM. My BIOS detecs 4088MB of RAM, so at least the DRAM modules are not physically damaged.

I pressed the MemOK! button on the MoBo and it begins to rectify the problem by restarting computer and creating its own BIOS settings... Whenever I do this, the comp restarts and I get a message saying "Mem boot successful! Save settings now in BIOS!" I'm then directed to BIOS, save the settings, and the LED lights up again, indicating 'bad' memory, and the comp restarts on the OS-screen again.

I've tried OC profiles where I select DRAM 1600, no change.
Tried changing DRAM voltage from 1.5 to 1.6V. no change
Taken out memory, replaced them, changed order, changed channels. No Change.

PLEASE help! thanks.
