living in Mexico (most expensive phone of the world?) I use
"PC to Phone" phone service for internat. calls. Generally it works fine. Now I built a new computer (PCChips 810 D, Duron 2ooo,
ME) and I hardly can hear the other side. How, please, can i increase the loudness? Start - Programs - Accessories - Entertainment - Sound Recorder/Effects does not help.
    Thank you Ulrik

Go to Start - Programs - Accessories - Entertainment - Volume Control

See if you have the slider set to low.
Also you may need to up to options, advanced controls and/or properties and click on it to see more.
If you put a check inthe box it the properties you see that it adds it to the others.
