Increase the size of "Close, Minimize, Maximize" Buttons?

    How is this accomplished in W7 please?

    Right click a blank spot on desktop, go to "personalize" at the bottom in the menu that pops up.
    Then at the bottom of the window, select "Window Color and Appearance".
    Then select the option in the middle, "advanced appearance settings"
    In the drop down menu, highlight "caption buttons"
    Increase size....

    Done.
