Incredibly slow Google connections

    Youtube and Google take ages to connect to sometimes. This is at random times throughout the day, but it happens at least 60% of the time I try. Youtube videos usually get to the three second point(if the video even loads within 20 seconds) and then the video stops loading. Google will sometimes not load the site, but if it does and I hit enter after typing my search, it will do the same as Youtube and take 20+ seconds to actually search. This happens across all browsers. Please help! My Internet connection speed is 22Mbps, Via [Speedtest.net]. I have disabled proxy for firefox(the browser I am currently using) by reading it up on another thread, and it didn't help. Please help me, as this is very frustrating! A router reboot does not help btw
