Incredimail problems

I can't send or receive e-mails with Incredimail. Nothing in their help forum has worked! I've tried re-configuring, changing the incoming and outgoing settings,etc. but to no avail! I wasn't able to access IM for a few days because my computer wasn't working and when I finally was able to use it this happened. Plus a big chunk of e-mails from November and December are missing. And I am getting this error message: "Failed to find host.Socket Error: 11001, Port: 25, Protocol: SMTP.No such host is known." I am also getting this error message recently "Failed to find host.Socket Error: 11004, Port: 465, Protocol: SMTP.The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for." I hope someone can help! Thanks!
