    Hi, there!
I have been noticing that the last 4 or 5 times I have replied to an email in incredimail for some reason as I get half way through my reply my whole computer shuts completely down.

Could this be a virus or is this maybe some kinda glitch with incredimail??? I have scanned my pc for a virus but none have turned up.

If anyone has any info I would more then appreciate it.

    Thanks
    ~Lynn

You could try reinstalling Incredimail on top of itself.

I just tried that and installed a newer version over top of my old one but it has done it again. As soon as I reply and get half way through it is just like someone pulled the plug on the computer. It does restart itself but does it now 2 or 3 times a day.

    Any ideas???
    Thanks
    ~Lynn

First please get Spybot S&D to clear out most of the spyware.

Short tutorial and download link here:
    http://tomcoyote.org/SPYBOT/

Fix everything SpybotSD labels in red.

    Then after reboot:
Download 'Hijack This to its own folder http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/
Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log, load it in Notepad, and copy its contents here. Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.
