Index . dat file

    To clear or del index.dat file in XP goto>cmd promt>type: "del index.dat /p">press CTRL ALT DEL> look unde image name and find explorer.exe>highlight it by pressing mouse button once>then End proccess>goto FILE in windows task manager>New Task>type explorer or explorer.exe>DONE cleared the index.dat file totally:)

    When typing del index.dat /p make sure there is a space between the dat and /p
