My question is this; do all of your files have to be related to your index file in order to show on the web, or can you have a domain name forward to just a simple webpage? I understand that you can only have one index file on a server, so how can you display other pages that are unrelated, if you have the space?

first you can have more the one idex file as long as it's a subdomain such as www.subdoamin.yousite.com/index and you can still have www.yoursite.com/index . But i might be wrong? please correct me if i am. I think that all your files don't have to be related, i'm pretty sure you could just use a domain fowder? as yahho offers one i think. I know most free domains are fowarders. So you could have www.yoursite.com go to www.yoursite.com/games i think. But i'm not 100% sure. Just goggle it. -cnelson. :)
