using an HP d530 Pentium 4cpu w760mb ram, 38gb hd running MS Windows XP Pro v2002 SP2 inside corp firewall on corp lan

following two application errors upon restart:

    inetinfo.exe
The exception Breakpoint. A breakpoint has been reach (0X80000003) occurred in the application at location 0X080da50d.

    umcstub.exe
The instruction at 0X00000000 memory could not be written.

Hoping resolution of the above will also resolve numerous other issues encountered in first attempt at developing website with access db in Dreamweaver.

    Appreciate any advice/direction.
    THANKS
