Infected need help!

Hi

I just got infected and usually adaware and spybot handle this well but not this time. They both detect them and I get rid of them but they come back upon restarting the PC.
I get a red round icon with a white X in it on my taskbar, it displays a message about every 30 seconds that windows has detected spyware infection and that window will now download software to fix it, if I click some anti spyware program is downloaded (Called pest trap) and a virus icon is put on the taskbar.
Another thing when I click on links on webpages, I get brought to parked pages where they seem to be hoping for me to click on their links.
Here is what my IE adress bar displayed when I clicked on a google link to go to ESPN soccernet and the site I landed on is called "Monster marketplace":

Please download FixWareout from one of these mirrors:

Note: You must have an active Internet connection when running this fix, in order to download the Brute Force Uninstaller (BFU).

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts. If your firewall gives an alert, (because this tool will download an additional file from the internet), please don't let your firewall block it, but allow it instead.
Then you will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads please post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log.

You should print out these instructions, or copy them to a NotePad file for reading while in Safe Mode, because you will not be able to connect to the Internet to read from this site.

Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".
  • Choose your usual account.
Once in Safe Mode, open the SmitfraudFix folder again and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #2 - Clean by typing 2 and press "Enter" to delete infected files.

You will be prompted: "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry?"; answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter" in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.

The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found); answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter".

The tool may need to restart your computer to finish the cleaning process; if it doesn't, please restart it into Normal Windows.

A text file will appear onscreen, with results from the cleaning process; please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply along with a new hijack log.

The report can also be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Warning: running option #2 on a non infected computer will remove your Desktop background.

Then I downloaded SmitfraudFix and placed it in a folder on the desktop, when I went into safe mode i couldn't see it on the desktop. I tried several times, moving the folder around the desktop to no avail, I even took the smitfraudfix.cmd file out of that folder and placed it right on the desktop but still I couldn't see it in safe mode (Other icons appeared but not all).The desktop resolution was different when I went into safe mode too.
I was tempted to run SmitfraudFix in regular mode but decided to wait for your opinion.

The problem is still here, poping up on the taskbar at regular interval. But 2 things got fixed though, my background had disappeared and going into control panel-->Display-->Desktop, I couldn't click on any background to restore it but now I can so that's one thing fixed.
The second thing fixed, I did a couple of random google searches and when clicking on the links I went where I was supposed to go, no redirection happened , so for now that is fixed to.

You are going into safe mode with a different account - run SmitFraud in regular mode

Use the clear files and Unnecessary files buttons – I do not recommend
using the Duplicates files button
as many dupes are there on purpose.

Not all files will delete – that is normal.

In the unnecessary button I check the top 4 entries
