Hello, I accidental plugged my iPod into an infected pc outside of my residence.

I brought it to my school's highly secure computers and plugged it and did a scan, it spotted w32/amca-a virus. I read up on the internet that this virus spreads through storage devices.

So my question is as follows: will my personal computer get infected if I plug my infected iPod into my computer via a usb key to format it?

    Thanks in advance.
