    Hi there

My laptop has been infected with this Trojan, I have run F-Secure on-line scan to clean it but it still appears on reboot.

    I get the message:

    Malicious code found in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\RQROLKJ.DLL
    Infection: Trojan:W32/Agent.EBG
    Action: failed

F-Secure technical support have advised me to rename the file to RQROLKJ.0LL, but I am unable to as Windows says it is in use by another process.

    Can anyone help please?

    Thanks

    Dan
