I've looked everywhere I can and so far I can't understand anything I've found, and you people have been a tremendous help to me in the past so here goes. I'm trying to get a canon bjc-50 printer to work under mandrake 9.1 from the infrared port on my Dell Inspiron 8000. Its duel booted with windows, and the printer works there on "comm-4 infrared serial". I installed IRDA but don't know what to do from there to get it on "comm 4" with mandrake. I 've tried printerdrake and it gives it "port 0" by default. Some hand holding would really be appreciated since I'm fairly new at this. Thanks in advance for any help.
