So I recently got a gtx 1650 super and a ryzen 5 3600. Once I finished building it I set it up and connected the DisplayPort to my monitor. It said no input signal, I even connected a hdmi and it also said no input signal. Does anyone know how to fix it?

You may need to update the Bios to at least version F.40 so it can use the Ryzen 3600.
It may show what Bios version the motherboard came with on it's box.
If that is the problem you will have to reinstall the old Cpu to do the update.

Not going to work until you update to at least bios F40. No way that board shipped with that late of a bios. You have two choices;
1 RMA the motherboard and go with one that has native support for the 3xxx series processors ie an X570 chipset board
2 Get hold of an older processor and use that to flash your bios

AMD had a loaner program where they would ship you an old processor to allow you to flash the bios. You can check with amd to see if this is still an option.
