I have several Access 2003 DBs. I want to match columns in 2 of them. However the column in one DB has a blank in position 1 of the field and the other column does not. I need to either add a blank in one column or delete the blank in the other. There are too many records to do it manually.

Is either or both functions do-able?

    Thanks,
    Bob

If you mean that in one DB all values begin with a SPACE character, then you can, sort of, get rid of these spaces by using the TRIM function. See the Help of Access for detailed info.
