Insignia DVD player won't play Netflix etc.

Ok so the dvd player says its connected to the internet when I go through the wireless settings but it still says there is a connectivity issue. It was previously showing 0.0.0.0 for all IP address information etc. I read the last post on this forum considering the issue and guessed at what I should input in under manual.
